It is proposed to adopt a new type of structure, and a hydraulic motor is used to drive the continuous adjustment mechanism of the large and small circular gears instead of the hydraulic push cylinder to gradually push and adjust.
The hydraulic motor adjusting device is composed of a hydraulic power part, a large and small gear and an adjusting part. The hydraulic station in the hydraulic power unit supplies the crusher with the oil pressure and flow rate used by the hydraulic motor, and the hydraulic motor provides power for the large and small gears. The hydraulic system of the crusher provides power to the hydraulic adjustment motor adjustment device and the locking device. When the crushing work, the locking system locks the entire adjustment system, the hydraulic motor does not work; when the adjustment work, the locking system is released, the hydraulic motor jobs. Adjustment and locking are controlled by the same hydraulic station.
The technical key of the hydraulic motor adjusting device is the driving torque determination, the selection of the hydraulic motor and the selection of the size and gear parameters, and the stability of the adjustment is considered in the structure. In order to consider the transmission of large torque and the structure of the crusher itself, the large and small gears adopt straight-tooth circular arc gears, and the large gears and the dust cover are rotated together through the stoppers. Choosing the right hydraulic motor requires not only sufficient power but also proper flow, which requires a high-flow hydraulic station.
