Diclocodone's weeding effect on watermelon field

The current open-air watermelon production generally adopts small sheds to grow seedlings and then transplant them to Daejeon. Because the melon seedlings grow slowly in the early stage, the weeds grow faster and the weeds under the mulching film are difficult to remove. For this purpose, in April 2005, the weed control effect and safety test of watermelon fields were performed with 48% dimethoxim, and the test results are reported below.
1 Materials and Methods
1.1 The watermelon material of the test material was 8714 (commercially available) produced by Anhui Fengle Seed Industry Co., Ltd. and it was the main plant variety in our country.
Test Pharmacy: 48% Dictyrozine WP (produced by Zhejiang Tianyi Agrochemical Co., Ltd., provided by Taizhou Agricultural Resources Co., Ltd.); 50% Napropamide WP (Jiangsu Kuida Agricultural Chemicals Co., Ltd. Production, commercial) Both herbicides are pre-emergent treatments.
1.2 Treatment This experiment consists of a total of 5 treatments, the dosage per 667 square meters: dimethoxone 80g, 100g, 160g; Napropamide 150g; blank control. 4 repetitions, a total of 20 plots with an area of ​​12.73 square meters and randomly arranged.
1.3 Test method The experiment was set up in the open field watermelon field in Suichuan Village, Shaojiadu Office of Linhai City. The experimental facilities for irrigation and drainage were good, the land was flat, and the soil type was damp soil. After harvesting the former crop, rice has been abandoned. Field weeds are dominated by annual weed grasses and other broad-leaved weeds.
About 1 month before planting, the test plot was sprayed with 20% paraquat 150ml/667 square meters plus 10% glyphosate 750ml/667 square meters to remove old grass on the ground. On April 13th, the site was finely grounded and then covered with mulch to keep the soil moist. The following morning, the film was removed and the dosage of each treatment was 50kg per 667m2 of water. The spray was evenly sprayed with a worker-peasant-16 hand sprayer, and the drug was applied again. Do 3 points when spraying: First, the rectangular partitions made of thin film are used to block the cells in the spray to prevent mutual interference between the agents; secondly, the sprayers are rinsed with fresh water at different concentrations or different doses. The third is to do a fine spray spray, no leakage spray, no heavy spray, in order to facilitate full closure.
One day after spraying, the melon seedlings were transplanted and covered with a small shed for about one month. There was no rain within 3 days after the spraying, and the temperature was between 15 and 30°C, followed by shower days. 1, 3, 5, and 7 days after spraying, observe whether any treatment agent had any injury to watermelon leaves and vine vines; observe the childbearing status of each treatment of the watermelon; 40 days after the drug (May 24) 3 points per cell Sampling, 0.1 square meters (0.2m0.5m) per point, examine the number of weeds and fresh weight, calculate the control effect, and use the new complex-difference method for analysis of variance.
2 Results and Analysis
2.1 Safety After 1, 3, 5, and 7 days after the drug investigation, the treatments showed no significant damage to the leaves and stems of the watermelons. During the entire test period, the growth of the watermelons in all plots was normal, indicating that the tested drugs had good safety.
2.2 Investigate the effects of herbicides on the total strains of weeds and other broad-leaved weeds in watermelon field after 40 days of investigation: 48% Dimethoxone 80g/667m2, 100g/667m2, 160g/667 The three treatments in the square meters were 81.9%, 89.6%, and 96.8% respectively, and the fresh weight control effects were 80.3%, 93.5%, 97.5%, 48% dimethoxas 100g/667 square meters, 160g/667 square meters. There is a very significant difference compared to the control agent.
3 Summary Test results show that 48% dimethoxatone wettable powder 100 ~ 160g/667 square meters have good control effect on annual grass weeds and other broad-leaved weeds in the watermelon field (up to 90 More than %), better than 50% Napropamide, and good safety, is better, a pre-emergent herbicide, there is promotion and application value.
