4. If the fuel is mixed with water and dirt, it will cause the diesel engine to malfunction or fail to work.

If there is water and dirt in the fuel, store the fuel in a clean container for more than 2 hours, then use a hose or pump to pump out the fuel. The oil at the bottom of the container is not available.

5. How to choose the oil.

It is very important to choose the right oil. If the oil grade used is not suitable, it will cause the piston ring to bond, burn the piston ring; the rapid wear of the cylinder liner; the rapid wear of the bearing and other moving parts, shorten the service life of the diesel engine.

6. Keep the air filter cleaner clean.

If the engine power is insufficient and the smoke color deteriorates, replace the air filter or clear core. The filter element is cleaned for 100 hours for the first time and 500 hours for the second time. The filter element is replaced after 1000 hours.

7, common troubleshooting

(1) Unable to make a car - check if the fuel tank has oil and whether the fuel is clean; check if the fuel tank switch is open; check if the fuel injector is injecting oil.

(2) It is very difficult to start - whether the decompression handle is open; whether the oil is refueled according to the number; whether the crankshaft bearing is seriously worn; whether the cylinder sleeve is "strained".

(3) Insufficient engine power - incorrectly entered during oil supply; incorrect valve clearance; compression ratio not up to standard; insufficient air intake.

1. It is forbidden to start to lift the clutch.

The clutch pedal should be released slowly, and the throttle should be appropriately increased. Otherwise, it will cause impact on the clutch assembly and transmission parts, and even damage.

2. The tractor is strictly prohibited from hanging in the neutral position or stepping on the clutch to slide downhill.

3. Tractor shifting and working speed selection.

Proper selection of the tractor's working speed will not only achieve optimum productivity and economy, but also extend the life of the tractor. When the tractor is working, it should not be overloaded frequently, so that the engine has a certain power reserve. The selection of the working speed of the tractor field should be such that the engine is working at a load of about 80%.

4. Under normal circumstances, first reduce the engine throttle, then step on the main clutch pedal, and then gradually step on the service brake operating pedal to make the tractor stop smoothly.

During emergency braking, both the main clutch pedal and the service brake operating pedal should be depressed at the same time. The driver is not allowed to place his or her foot on the brake pedal or the clutch pedal while on the road. Special reminder: When the tractor is driving on the road, be sure to interlock the left and right brake pedals. When the tractor stops on the slope, wait until the engine is turned off, then hang up the gear before releasing the driving brake pedal, hang the forward gear when going uphill, and hang up when going downhill.

5. When the tractor is working in heavy load in the field or working on wet and soft soil, the front drive axle is usually hooked to realize four-wheel drive operation.

When the tractor is used for general transportation on hard roads, it is not allowed to engage the front drive axle, otherwise it will cause early wear of the front wheels.

1. Replace the engine oil.

For engine oil that has been used for one season or 50 hours, you can purchase four-stroke gasoline engine oil at the motorcycle accessories store.

2. Clean the carburetor.

Purchase cleaning agent at the motorcycle accessories store and remove the sedimentation cup at the same time. Add fuel and start the engine to test the machine.

3. Check if the needle and the planting fork are deformed and spliced. If the deformation can be corrected with a flat screwdriver. The insertion fork is opened, the needle is straight and parallel, and the gap between the insertion fork and the needle is about 1 mm.

4. Check and adjust the main clutch handle cable, the plug handle cable, the lift handle cable and the steering clutch cable gap and sensitivity

If it is not sensitive or the clearance is too large, the adjustment nut will be adjusted. At the same time, add some oil to these wire holes to increase flexibility.

5. Move the machine to the shore when the work is completed every day. Rinse the mud on the rice transplanter with water and then drive it back to the garage.

6. As described above, check the shape and clearance of the calibration needle and the implant fork and apply butter. At the same time, apply butter on the upper and lower rails and on the moving parts.

8. Add a proper amount of mixed oil of 1:1 ratio of butter to oil in the inserting bracket and inserting rubber plug hole.
