1. Basic characteristics

2. Biological characteristics

1. Temperature: The suitable temperature for mycelium growth is 24℃~26℃, and the optimal temperature for fruit body development is 17℃~19℃.

2. Humidity: The relative air humidity should be between 60% and 65% during the mycelium growth stage; the humidity should be maintained between 85% and 95% during the fruiting body growth stage.

3. Illumination: Mycelial growth can be adapted to low light, dark light or no light; the light intensity of the fruiting body growth stage is controlled at 500-1200 lux to maintain the normal development of Hydrangea fruiting body.

4. Ventilation: Good ventilation is one of the basic conditions for the growth of Hydrangea. Even if it is in the stage of germination, the carbon dioxide concentration should be controlled below 0.1%.

5. pH value: Hydrangea is suitable for growing under acidic conditions. The pH value of the culture medium is in the range of 3.5-7. The optimal pH value for normal growth of hyphae is 4.5-6. When the pH value exceeds 7.5, the hyphae grows When the pH is lower than 3, mycelium is difficult to grow.

3. Production of strains

1. Source of strains: pure strains can be obtained through tissue separation or mushroom separation.

2. Production of bacterial strains: conventional production can be adopted; enterprises engaged in commercial cultivation should start seed production on the basis of at least 2 batches of small trials; it is better for individual households to purchase tertiary species for cultivation.

4. Mushroom management

1. Primordium induction: arrange the bacteria bags on the mushroom stand, the temperature of the shed (room) is about 22 ℃, the air humidity is about 80%, the light intensity is above 500 lux, if necessary, the sealing cover can be loosened, or the ties can be untied Rope (but not open the bag), and intermittent red light irradiation to stimulate the bacteria bag to appear primordium as soon as possible.

4. Cultivation: After opening the bag, the conditions should be adjusted to a temperature of 16 ℃ to 19 ℃, the relative humidity of the air is 90% to 95%, 800 to 1000 lux of scattered light and fresh air.

5. Adult mushroom management: When the main stem of the fruiting body gradually differentiates into small leaves, be careful not to have a plastic film at the mouth of the bag to hinder growth. The fruiting body must be fully exposed to the air, which is conducive to the normal development of the fruiting body. After 30 days of cultivation in such an environment, the fruiting bodies can be considered mature.

6. Harvesting: When harvesting, hold the fruit body and cut it from the base with a stainless steel blade. After harvesting, the fruiting bodies can be directly packaged for fresh sales. Be careful not to put them on the market in bulk; if they are not sold well, store them at a temperature of 1℃~5℃, which can keep them fresh for about 15 days.
