The person in charge said that the Ministry of Health revised the “Standard for the Use of Food Additives” revised in May this year to include 2,314 kinds of food additives, food processing aids, gum base and food flavors, and stipulated the range of use and dosage. And use principles. These food additive varieties are widely used at home and abroad, and have passed the JECFA safety evaluation. Among the 332 commonly used varieties such as preservatives, colorants, and sweeteners specified in the “Food Additive Use Standards” (GB2760-2011), 274 have existing product standards (including quality requirements and inspection methods), and the coverage rate is 82.5%. . At present, the Ministry of Health is continuing to intensify the formulation of food additive product standards.
