The trap is suitable for steam pipe main pipe, pipe network heating, instrument heating, domestic heating and heating equipment that allows high-temperature condensate to be hydrophobic, and has a wide range of applications.
The bimetal trap is driven by a bimetal temperature sensing element to open and close the valve. When the device is just starting, the pipeline has low-temperature condensate, the bimetal is flat, and the spool is in the open position under the spring force. When the temperature of the condensate gradually rises, the bimetal temperature sensing element begins to bend and deform, and pushes the valve core to the closed position. The trap is completely closed before the condensate reaches the saturation temperature. There is always high temperature condensate in front of the valve, no steam leakage, and the energy saving effect is good.
