Dust collector sewage treatment and dust recovery measures

The dust of the dry dust collector discharged from the wet dust collector and the dusty sewage treated and washed by the plant water and the dust and water recovery are the special techniques of wastewater treatment and recycling. The dusty sewage discharged from the device must be effectively treated and recycled, otherwise the entire dust removal system (or even the dust collector of the whole plant wet dust collector) will be defective or invalid. Therefore, all kinds of wet dust collectors must also resolutely implement the "Trial Standards for Industrial Wastes Emissions". These sewage treatment facilities must be designed, constructed and put into operation at the same time as the main works and dust removal equipment. Otherwise, the dust removal equipment is equivalent to dummy.
When the dust purified by the dry dust removal equipment is used for hydraulic transportation, the dust and water should first be mixed into a uniform slurry. At present, the commonly used dust and water mixing measures are direct mixing, hydraulic spraying and stirring.
The water seal headbox is a type of direct mixing. The water is sprayed from the tangential line of the precipitator cone, and the water rotates along the inner wall of the cone in the direction of the airflow, so that the dust and the cement are evenly distributed during the process of flushing the dust to the water-sealed slurry box. This method of ash discharge is not only rigorous but also reduces wear and has a good effect.
The water consumption of the water-sealed headbox can be determined according to the mud concentration (dust-water ratio) of 1/6 to 1/10, but it is necessary to consider the conditions that the bearing capacity can cause water seal.
The jetting water flow is mixed with the dust and washed away. The method of building the seed {Kuntai is better, but the water consumption is larger, so the current application is not much.
The dust mixer can be used for setting equipment. See the technical specifications of our factory for details.
After the dust discharged from the dry dust collector is mixed with water, the processing of the slurry is recovered and treated in the same manner as the dusty sewage discharged from the wet dust collector.
