Condiments and fermented products have a long history in China as a necessity in people's daily life. Development status

In recent years, the overall development of the condiment and fermentation product manufacturing industry has been relatively stable, and the development speed of the entire industry has basically maintained an annual growth rate of 15%-20%. However, the development performance of various sub-sectors is different. Among them, the MSG manufacturing industry has shrunk, but other condiments and fermented products industries have grown rapidly, and the manufacturing of soy sauce, vinegar and similar products has developed steadily.

Trend forecast

According to the statistics of industry associations such as the National Bureau of Statistics, the General Administration of Customs and the China Condiment Association, and the detailed analysis of the production, sales, market conditions, industry structure, products and import and export of China's construction machinery industry in 2004. In the next five years, the seasoning fermentation industry will have a relatively rapid development, such as MSG, which is expected to produce about 1.5 million tons in five years; the starch sugar industry production will remain at 3 million tons. It is expected that with the development of the food industry and the catering industry, the condiment and fermentation products industry will have a faster development on the existing basis.
