4.2.3 Use of HWY75II , 100II , 150I type dough mixer

6 maintenance, maintenance

All maintenance and repair work must be done after the power is turned off.

6.1 After the machine is used up, carefully clean it to ensure that the food is hygienic. When cleaning, do not use sharps to scrape the surface of the mixer and the surface of the bucket, or use the spray pipe to rinse directly.

6.2 Strictly check the tightness and wear of ordinary V- belts and chains and adjust or replace them in time.

6.3 Each shift should be filled with a few drops of lubricating oil (guaranteed lubrication) at the fueling point (marked on the product).

6.4HWY30 , 50IV , 75II , 100II , 150I type dough mixer, the gearbox has been filled with sufficient oil before leaving the factory. Before the first use, check the oil quantity to reach the middle of the two-foot mark line or the oil window position on the oil dipstick. After using it for one month, clean and change the oil once. After that, replace the lubricating oil every six months. Generally, use oil No. 20 and No. 30. Check the oil quantity once a month to ensure sufficient lubrication.

6.5 When the machine is in operation, if the machine sound is not normal, it must be stopped and checked immediately. After the fault is removed, it can continue to be used.
