Successful test

In April 2005, Liu Wenqi came to Aksu City with the only savings of 50,000 yuan at home, rented a house and started to develop a small cotton picker.

He bought an electric welder, two electric drills, and a large number of books related to machinery. He worked almost every day until late in the day to make parts and weld frames...

In order to save costs, many components used by cotton pickers are processed by Liu Wenqi himself. In order to find accessories, he traveled through Aksu City's small and large waste collection stations.

Five months later, a small cotton picker was made. The front and rear wheels of this cotton picker are equipped with hydraulic adjustment, width of left and right wheels can be adjusted, and the height can be adjusted up and down; the power adopts 12-25 hp diesel engine, and there is a lighting device for electric start and manual cranking and night operation. In order to test the cotton picker, Liu Wenqi put the cotton picker into his own contracted cotton plot to test it. The effect was not ideal. Liu Wenqi was not discouraged. After sowing in the spring of the second year, he took away the 60,000 yuan cotton that the company had even cashed for his family. He returned to Aksu with that cotton picker. He then worked hard for five months and modified many pickers.

In September of this year, Liu Wenqi returned home with a modified cotton picker. After testing, the modified cotton picker was successful. It took more than 2,000 kilograms of flowers a day, and the picked cotton was very clean and did not need to be cleaned again. .
