What are the grass product modulation machines?

1) Crusher: The pulverizer has the same universality and importance as the mower in the production of agriculture and animal husbandry. There are many types of crushers and powers. Granular feed has the advantages of complete nutrition, good palatability, large feed intake of livestock, fast feeding speed and high feed utilization. There are two types of pelletizers: flat die pelletizers and ring die pelletizers.

3) Briquetting equipment: The hay is crushed, added with concentrate and other mineral elements, and then pressed into grass pieces to improve the nutritional value, feed intake and digestibility of the feed. The density of the grass is increased, which is convenient for storage, transportation and market circulation. The compactor presses the pellets larger than the binder, typically 25 mm x 25 mm or 30 mm x 30 mm square grass, and cylindrical grass blocks 8-30 mm in diameter. The grass density is 0.6-1.0 g/cm3.

4) Field drying briquetting equipment: The field drying briquetting equipment includes mowing, picking, loading and drying briquetting machines, etc., to dry the straw machine as the main machine. This complete set of machinery can dry and compress untreated grass into high-energy grass blocks. The main advantage of field drying compacts is that they can reduce the nutrient loss of grass to a minimum and obtain high quality grass. In the process of naturally drying and hay in the field, the nutrient loss is generally 35%-40%, while the field drying compact does not require hay modulation, thus avoiding the influence of climatic conditions on the harvesting operation, and the variety and content of the grass. There is no special requirement for water quantity, so the area has wide adaptability, especially suitable for areas with high moisture content, heavy rain and high air humidity. Although there are many advantages mentioned above, the cost of drying the briquetting fuel is relatively high, and there are certain limitations in the promotion and application.
