Five jobs must be done for newly purchased tractors

It is very wrong for many farmers' friends to go on the road without buying any new tractors. In order to ensure the normal operation of the tractor, prolong its service life and also consider its own safety, it is essential that the new tractor should do the following five tasks before use.

1. Tighten the connectors

Although the tractor is factory tested, it is inevitable that the machine will loosen during the repeated transfer process. To this end, all kinds of connectors and fasteners should be tightened in time, especially the steering system, brake system, suspension and wheels.

2. Check the liquid level

Mainly fuel tank oil level, tank water surface, transmission and rear axle lubricating oil level, and battery electrolyte level. When it is found that the liquid level is insufficient, the liquid material should be added in time.

3. Check the oil

(I) The amount of oil in the oil sump shall be not less than the line drawn under the oil scale. (2) The quality of the oil: If the tractor is shipped to the factory in summer, and when it is bought back in winter, it should be replaced with winter oil; vice versa. (3) The oil filter of the large tractor should be switched to the "summer" or "winter" position according to the season or temperature. (4) In order to avoid the oil in the oil bath type oil filter oil pan spilling out during the transportation process, some manufacturers add it at the end of the factory. After buying it, pay attention to adding oil.

4. Run-in

It is to make the speed of the new machine from low to high and the load from small to large. Through the step-by-step operation process, the machining marks on the friction surfaces such as gears and shafts are polished to become more spliced. Running-in has an important role in extending the service life of parts. Do not neglect the running-in process in order to save fuel and trouble, otherwise it will cause damage to the machine in advance due to small loss.

5. Listing on the household

After the new tractor is bought back. You should carry the purchase invoice, certificate of conformity, instruction manual and other documents within 3 months, and go to the department of agricultural machinery, levy and other departments to handle the procedures for the household. - It is illegal to drive without a license on the road and it is to be punished.
