In 2012, Jilin Province will select 2 to 3 scientific research and teaching units, build a stable R&D team to jointly research and develop, carry out division and collaboration in different regions, promote the replacement of new crop varieties, and further increase the grain yield. In the future, Jilin Province will establish breeding bases in provinces such as maize, rice, and soybeans, strengthen base infrastructure construction, improve production conditions and environment, and ensure annual production use. Strive to use 3 to 5 years, corn, rice, soybean own varieties in the province's seed market share reached 50%, 90% and 60%.
