2. The total weight of the vehicle or cargo is not allowed to exceed the maximum weighing of the scale under any circumstances. Short-wheelbase vehicles such as forklifts that are close to the maximum weighing are prohibited from over-balance.
3. When weighing the vehicle, the vehicle should go straight to the middle of the weighing platform at a speed of less than 5km/h, then gently brake and measure after stationary.
4. It is forbidden to weigh acid, alkali and other corrosive substances on the weighing platform.
5. In the course of use, the spilled items on the weighing platform should be removed in time, and the empty scale should be confirmed in time after cleaning (ie, the weighing display controller is reset to zero).
6. The distance between the weighing display controller and the heating equipment and fan should be greater than 2m, and avoid direct sunlight. There should be no dust, corrosive medium and strong vibration source in the working environment. Equipped with the computer's electronic ground balance, the computer environment should meet the requirements, the general computer operating temperature is +10~+35 °C.
7. The truck scale should be used within the specified supply voltage and frequency range to avoid undue faults. If the voltage is unstable, a regulated power supply must be installed.
8. The weighing display controller and the weighing platform should be connected to a good ground wire with a grounding resistance of no more than 4 Ω. The contact surface of the grounding grid lead-in should be handled to reduce the contact resistance and connect the grounding wire of the sensor part.
9. An effective lightning protection facility should be installed on the truck scale.
10. When the truck scale is left unattended, the power plug must be unplugged.
11. It is not allowed to apply welding on the weighing platform to avoid damage to the internal circuit of the sensor and the weighing display controller. If arc welding is necessary in the weighing platform, the following points should be noted:
(1) Disconnect the signal cable from the meter;
(2) The ground wire of the arc welding must be placed near the welded part;
(3) Do not make the sensor a part of the arc welding circuit.
12. In order to ensure the consistency of the sensor, it is strictly forbidden to truncate the cable of the sensor at will.
13. When installing other electrical equipment in the control room, the power supply is strictly prohibited from being connected to the same phase line as the control unit such as the weighing display controller. There should be no inductive load on the circuit where the weighing display controller is located. .
14. If an accident occurs during use, immediately cut off the power supply, contact the manufacturer and contact the professional, and do not dismantle it.
15. In order to ensure the long-term accurate use of the truck scale, it should be regularly checked and repaired. In principle, the verification period must not exceed one year.
Second, electronic platform weighing platform maintenance:
1. Properly operate according to the instruction manual each time you use it, and turn on the power to warm up.
2. There should be no foreign objects such as stones or coal in the gap around the weighing platform.
3. Regularly check the drainage pipe to keep it open.
4. Always check whether the limit clearance is reasonable (the lateral limit bolt head and the sensor side clearance are kept at about 3mm, the longitudinal limit bolt head and the embedded part side clearance are kept at about 3mm), the limiter and the scale body are not Should be in collision contact (the gap is 2-3mm is appropriate).
5. Vertical and horizontal anti-collision bolts, weighing joint bolts, sensor upper and lower steel ball seats and steel ball calcium base grease should be regularly scrubbed and replaced, usually three months in summer, and scrubbed once in the remaining seasons.
Third, electronic platform instrument maintenance:
1. Always check if the wiring is loose or broken, and the grounding wire is secure.
2. Keep the junction box dry and clean. Once the junction box is filled with Sikongqi and water droplets, use a hair dryer and other tools to dry it.
3. Both the inspector and the instrument maintenance personnel must pass relevant professional training before they can engage in operation and maintenance.
