First, the fault characteristics: The most common in our daily maintenance is the damage of the detectors of the solvent cylinder and the ink tank, and their fault performance characteristics are different.

1. When the detector of the solvent cylinder is damaged, the viscosity of the printer will increase after the operation of the printer for a period of time. The pressure periodically fluctuates greatly. The detector of the ink tank is damaged. Generally, the viscosity of the machine is normal, but the pressure will also be the same. Periodic fluctuations.

2. When we suspect that there is a problem with the liquid level detector, we can directly check the liquid level of the two cylinders, or use the measurement method. When the liquid level is lower than 2 cm but there is no corresponding icon, it is generally judged to be This detector is damaged.

Second, the maintenance method: remove the detector from the cylinder, visually check the device for damage. If the appearance is good, first clean the cone glass with a cleaning agent; at the same time, observe the icon of the solvent or ink on the screen of the machine.

1. If the corresponding icon appears on the screen, it means that the detector is good or the lens is dirty;

2. If there is still no icon at this time, it means that the detector is indeed broken and must be disassembled for inspection.

Third, the test method: open the detector we can see the two diodes hidden in it, the light source of the flashlight is close to the black of the receiving tube.

1. If the corresponding icon appears on the screen at this time, it means that the receiving tube is good, you only need to replace the white launch tube to get it;

2. If no icon does not appear, the receiving tube is broken, and one can be replaced. The two tubes are rarely damaged at the same time, and the liquid level caused by the I/O board is not detected, so try not to suspect it.

4. When the diode is etched away by the ink, only four leads are left. How to distinguish which two are the receiving end and which two are the transmitting end.

A 470 resistor is required, and the power is not limited. This method is characterized by accuracy, speed, and no need to use a multimeter. 1. Connect one end of the resistor to any one of the leads, and the other end and the remaining three leads are respectively connected. When the liquid level icon is displayed on the lead screen connected to the lead screen, the two connected to the resistor at this time The lead is the receiving end of the level detector and the remaining two are the transmitting end. 2. If no icon appears, you can change the lead and try again. Generally, the result can be obtained in two minutes.
