(4) The stepping machine and the health inspection line have adopted four stroke switches to achieve synchronous advancement, replacing the complicated circuit of dozens of stroke switches of imported equipment.
(5) The hydraulic peeling machine adopts the same tail-down roll peeling procedure as the imported equipment, replacing the backward rocker arm type and chain stripping method.
(6) The rail track roller is made of high-strength aluminum alloy frame with bearings. Lightweight, wear-resistant and fuel-efficient, it is comparable to imported aluminum alloy rollers.
3. The total cost of the complete production line and the delivery and installation cycle: the total cost of the production of 200 cattle and production lines is about 2 million to 4 million yuan. It can be delivered within two months of ordering, and it takes a total of 50 days to complete the installation. The import of the same equipment will cost 10 to 40 million yuan, and the delivery and installation will be at least one year.
4. After-sales service: spare parts and wearing parts can guarantee supply in time, which greatly facilitates users.
