3. Sealing: Put the sterilizing barrel into the main body, then insert the hose on the cover into the sterilizing barrel, and align the bolt groove of the main cover with the main body in the side convex tube, and then tighten the nut of the orientation evenly with force, so that the nut is tightened evenly The cover is in close contact with the body.

4. Heating: Put the device on the power supply. At the beginning, the bleed valve must be pushed to the vertical (open) position to make the air in the instrument escape. When there is more urgent steam in the device, it should be immediately When the pick is pulled to the horizontal (closed) orientation, the pressure generated as the heat rises can be reflected on the table.

5. Sterilization: When the pressure inside the device reaches the required range, the heat should be adjusted appropriately to maintain the constant pressure, and at the same time, the sterilization time is controlled according to different articles and packaging.

6. Drying: For medical equipment, dressings, utensils, etc., which need to be quickly dried, the deflation valve can be opened immediately after sterilization, so that the pressure steam in the device is quickly discharged. See the pressure gauge indicator needle returns to zero position. Wait for 1-2 minutes, then open the lid and continue to heat the unit for 10-15 minutes.

7. When the bottled solution is finished at the end of sterilization, do not immediately discharge the steam in the device. Otherwise, the solution in the bottle may violently boil, overflow, or even blast the bottle due to pressure fusion. Therefore, the heat source should be unplugged first, naturally cooled until the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero position, and then wait a few minutes to open the bleed valve and open the cover.

Note: 1) During the entire sterilization process, it is necessary to ensure that there is enough water in the device. Since the water evaporates continuously during heating, water is added every time it is disinfected, and “dry heat” is never allowed. Otherwise, it is easy to burn the body and even cause an explosion, causing a serious accident. For safety, the operator must not leave the site. 2) Sterilized articles Due to the type, volume, density and thermal conductivity of the sterilized articles, the sterilization time and pressure required are different. If the bulk density of the object is large, the thermal conductivity is poor, and the sterilization time can be appropriately extended. In general, the temperature of the innermost layer should be 121 ° C; and for a period of time, it can really play a role in sterilization.
