The moisture content of the bagging culture material is controlled at 65% to 70%. The judging standard is to hold the culture material into a mass with hands. The fingers have water stains that overflow but do not flow, and can be scattered after loosening. Within this range of humidity, appropriate increase in water content can increase mushroom yield. During the bagging process, special attention should be paid to the fact that the cultivating material cannot pierce the bag, and the broken bag must be handled in time. The tightness of the culture material should be suitable. The growth rate of the overly hyphal mycelium is fast, but it is not robust and affects the yield.

Sterilization process Carefully inspect the sterilization equipment before each sterilization to prevent unnecessary losses. The bacteria bag sterilization must reach the required time and be extended appropriately according to the bagging time.

After the bacteria-free cooling bacteria bag is taken out from the sterilizing pot, it is necessary to check for damage in a timely manner and find that the damage is immediately adhered with tape, and each bag must be inspected again. The bag should be handled lightly during handling to prevent scratching. The sterilized fungus bag is preferably directly placed in the inoculation room (shack) and naturally cooled.

Bacteria tube inoculation and inoculation should be fast and accurate to reduce the chance of infection of mixed material bacteria. When lifting plastic cloth, it can avoid vertical force to cause air flow inside and outside the barrel, causing bacteria infection; when incresing seed quantity, the inoculation amount It is necessary to plug the seed points and raise the degree of micro protrusions to prevent the invasion of bacteria; inoculation, the strains must pass through the alcohol lamp quickly so as to avoid burning the mycelium; the inoculation time is best selected in the evening or early morning, because at this time The temperature is relatively low, and the concentration of spores in the air is relatively low. The inoculation room tries to avoid walking around and talking to each other so as not to interfere with the inoculation effect. The temperature of the culture material in the inoculum must not exceed 28°C.
