5, according to the need to set the required temperature of the centrifuge, running program (can not choose), speed, centrifugal time (when touching a certain key, the corresponding value on the display will blink, set a parameter can be directly touched and Press the next key to continue setting the desired value. Press “start/stop” to start the machine after the setting is completed.

6. After the centrifugation is over, the rotor will stop gradually, and the “open” key indicator lights up. Press this key to open the centrifuge chamber, unscrew the rotor cap and take out the sample.

7. Centrifuge the centrifuge tube and place it on a small piece of filter paper to dry it for next use. Screw on the rotor cover and close the cover. If there is frost inside the centrifugal chamber, wait until the wall is clear and dry, then screw on the rotor cover and close the cover.
